20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats
Rest precisely three minutes between each round.
As completed in basement:
20 Pull-ups (jump)
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats
Round 1: 5:03
Round 2: 5:19
Round 3: 6:08
Round 4: 6:30
Round 5: 6:43
