As Rx: Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
- 5 Pull-ups
- 10 Push-ups
- 15 Squats
As completed in basement
20 mins
- 5 Pull-ups (toes on chair on I-Beam)
- 10 Push-ups
- 15 Squats
10 full rounds... Racing the clock to get the last squats before time expired.
