"Cindy"

As Rx:  Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:


  • 5 Pull-ups
  • 10 Push-ups
  • 15 Squats
As completed in basement

20 mins
  • 5 Pull-ups (toes on chair on I-Beam)
  • 10 Push-ups
  • 15 Squats
10 full rounds... Racing the clock to get the last squats before time expired.

Tired...
