Continuing the 'no wrist workouts'

Warm up with Jumping Jacks, Standing knee to elbows, squats, good-mornings

Four rounds for time of
50 squats
50 sit-ups

Time: 16:01

Was going to do planks afterwards, but the abs told me they had enough.
