Warm-up (push/pull/squat/dip/jumping jacks)
Lifts:
Back Squats: Reps of 5-5-3-3-1-1-1-1
Ended with a one rep of 205.
Metcon:
Five rounds of the following:
20 Double Unders (Jump Rope with the rope passing twice for every jump)
200m Run
20 Situps
Time: 22:18
