Today was a workout at the house with the new kettlebell I bought on the madness that was Friday (No, I did not go at at 0400 to shop... This was a noon time excursion that was still maddening).
7 rounds of the following
7 Kettlebell Swings (35#)
7 Push-ups
7 Sit-ups
7 Dips off the chair
7 Deadlifts (135#)
7 Squats
7 Burpees
Time: 18:42 and lot O' sweat
