Reps of 21-15-9 of the following:
Burpees
Kettlebell Swings at 1.5 pood (used 50# dumbbell)
Boxjump (24")
Time: 9:58
Wednesday:
Swam laps for 20 minutes then did 10 minutes of sprints in the pool... One length down and walk back.
Good workout, but it always makes me sleepy to swim. Plus I found out the heart rate monitor doesn't work in the water... It is water resistant, but does not transmit through the water.
