Row 500 meters
30 kettlebell swings with 35#
10 deadlifts with 135#

I ting'ed my back just a tad on the Kettlebells by not lifting it into position correctly, but I muscled through the rest of the workout.
Off for a week long road trip so it is most likely body weight workouts for me from the hotel for the rest of the week. Here is to hoping for a pull-up bar!
