Basement Workout

Workout in the basement

20 mins, as many rounds as possible of

10 - 135# Deadlifts
10 - 35# Kettlebell swings
10 - Jab, Jab Cross (five each side) on Heavy Bag

I got 10 full plus the Deads and Kettlebell.
