Tuesday on the road

The hotel gym had crap for workout equipment.  A few treadmills, an elliptical, and a bike.
So it was off to do a body weight workout for me!
For time conduct 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 of
Burpbees
Squats
Sit-ups
Time: 10:20
