First time since the surgery for the Front Squat. I kept it light, but the knee is still feeling it.
Front Squats: 5-5-3-3-1-1-1
completed at 65# - 95# - 105# - 115# - 135# - 145# - 155#
Followed by 35% for max reps. I stuck with the bar only and got 39 reps.
