Still on the road. Took Wednesday off for rest day, but did the following on Thursday am.
Double-unders: 20-19-18-17-16-15-14-13-12-11
Push-ups: 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
Time: 19:50
My knee is sore and has been locking up. I just don't have a good style for the double-unders.
