Weekend in Review...
Thursday we did Overhead Squats, 5-5-5
My weights were pretty flat at 75#-85#-85#
We then did five minutes of box jumps or step ups for me. I did 104.
The rest of the weekend was lazy... I'm planning on a mud/5k this afternoon.
