We did Tabata this morning as the workout.
Pull-ups: 8 – Set this as a goal on the start and kept at them even when finished early. I think saving myself a bit helped on rounds 7&8.
Sit-ups: 10
Push-ups: 6 – I tried doing the 10 as a goal, but on the last two sets it went downhill quick.
Squats: 18
Total: 42 – Not bad
Cash out was 25 burpbees
