Been working on the deck. Took Sat to Tuesday off as it was 100 degrees and I spent 8+ hours a day in the sun.

Thursday
Coached the AM and did last Tuesday's workout for myself
Push Press 2 Rep ended at 145#, but failed at 155#
Then
